Tantech Holdings prices IPO at $4, the low end of the range

Tantech Holdings, a Chinese manufacturer of household bamboo charcoal products, raised $13 million by offering 3.2 million shares at $4, the low end of the range of $4 to $6. Tantech Holdings trades on the NASDAQ under the symbol TANH. Tantech Holdings initially filed confidentially on September 30, 2013. ViewTrade acted as a lead manager on the deal.
