Bangladesh National Insurance Ipo Subscription Date Start From June 30, 2015

Bangladesh National Insurance which will raise a fund worth above Tk 17 core 70 lac from public in the stock market. This company IPO subscription will be started from June 30, 2015 and will be closed on April 9, 2015 for NRB and General applicants. Bangladesh National Insurance will offload above 1 core  77 lac  ordinary shares at an offer price of Tk 10, including a premium of Tk nil for each ten taka share.

In accordance with the company's audited financial statement for the year ended on December 31, 2014, the earnings per share (EPS) and net asset value (NAV) of Bangladesh National Insurance are Tk 1.07 and Tk 15.65 respectively. This ipo tk use of  company FDR, Treasure bond and some money expanses of ipo process. Prime Finance Capital Management Ltd.  has been appointed the manager to the issue of Bangladesh National Insurance.
