Doreen Power Generation and Systems Limited (IPO) subscription will be started from February 08, 2016 and will be closed on February 22, 2016. For NRB applicants, it will remain open till February 22, 2016. Doreen Power Generation and Systems Limited will offload above 24.56 million ordinary shares at an offer price of Tk 29, including a premium of Tk 19 for each ten taka share. That company share per lot of  200.

In accordance with the company's audited financial statement for the year ended on June 30, 2015, the earnings per share (EPS) and net asset value (NAV) of Doreen Power Generation and Systems Limited are Tk 2.25 and Tk 35.88(with revaluation) respectively. Alliance Financial Services Ltd. & ICB Capital Management Ltd. has been appointed the manager to the issue of Doreen Power Generation and Systems Limited.
