New IPO News Of Bangladesh National Insurance Company Limited (IPO) Subscription Date Start from February 17, 2016

Bangladesh National Insurance Company Limited (IPO) subscription will be started from February 17, 2016 and will be closed on February 25, 2016. For NRB applicants, it will remain open till February 25, 2016. Bangladesh National Insurance Company Limited will offload above 17.70 million ordinary shares at an offer price of Tk 10, including a premium of Tk nil for each ten taka share. That company share per lot of  500.


In accordance with the company's audited financial statement for the year ended on June 30, 2014, the earnings per share (EPS) and net asset value (NAV) of Bangladesh National Insurance Company Limited are Tk 4.17 and Tk 15.65 respectively. Prime Finance Capital Management Limited. has been appointed the manager to the issue of Bangladesh National Insurance Company Limited .
