Bellerophon Therapeutics,
which is developing nitric oxide-based therapies for cardiopulmonary
diseases, filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $69 million in an
initial public offering.
Bellerophon was spun out of Ikaria in February 2014 as a special
dividend to existing stockholders, shortly before Ikaria's non-biotech
business was acquired by Madison Dearborn for $1.6 billion. Ikaria had
originally intended to go public in November 2010 but withdrew its
offering.

Prestige Cruises
International, a luxury cruise vacation company operating under the
Oceania and Regent brands, officially withdrew its plans for an initial
public offering on Monday.
The company originally filed in January 2014 for a $250 million IPO, but
in September announced that it would be acquired by Norwegian Cruise
Line (NASDAQ: NCLH) for $3 billion in cash and assumed debt.
The Miami, FL-based company was founded in 2002 and booked $1.2 billion
