Easterly Government Properties prices IPO at $15, midpoint of the range





Easterly Government Properties, a newly formed REIT focused on office properties leased to the US government, raised $180 million by offering 12 million shares at $15, the midpoint of the $14-$16 range. Easterly Government Properties will list on the NYSE under the symbol DEA. Easterly Government Properties initially filed confidentially on October 17, 2014. Citi, Raymond James and RBC Capital Markets acted as lead managers on the deal.
