Share trading of Tosrifa Industries Limited, a concern of Northern Tosrifa Group begins on Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) tomorrow (Wednesday).
"DSE has already enlisted our company and the bourse has notified us about the debut trading," Mohim Hassan, Managing Director, Tosrifa Industries Limited told The FE Monday.
Tosrifa Industries Limited offered shares to the public amounting BDT 638.7 million. And the total amount of IPO application received was BDT 6703.69 million.
As per the BSEC approval, Tosrifa Industries floated more than 24.56 million ordinary shares at an offer price of Tk 26, including a premium of Tk 16 for each Taka 10 share.
"We are in the process of setting up a fabric dyeing plant which will produce high end knitted fabric. I believe that this plant, after the planned investment carried out, will have the potential to be the most energy efficient dye house in the subcontinent," the company quoting the MD said in a statement.
The statement said the company is also aiming for obtaining Platinum LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certificate. This optimum energy efficient plant will boost the profitability of the company
