KDS Accessories Ltd ipo approved

KDS Accessories Ltd which will raise a fund worth above Tk 24 core  from public in the stock market. This company IPO subscription will be started from August 09, 2015 and will be closed on August 20, 2015 for NRB and General applicants. KDS Accessories Ltd will offload above 1 core 20 lac  ordinary shares at an offer price of Tk 20, including a premium of Tk 10 for each ten taka share. This ipo tk use of  company business expansion, bank loan and some money expanses for ipo process.

In accordance with the company's audited financial statement for the year ended on December 31, 2014, the earnings per share (EPS) and net asset value (NAV) of KDS Accessories Ltd are Tk 2.22 and Tk 21.85 respectively.
