Yirendai, a Chinese marketplace for peer-to-peer loans spun out of CreditEase, raised $75 million by offering 7.5 million shares at $10, the midpoint of the $9-$11 range. Yirendai plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol YRD. Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and China Renaissance acted as lead managers on the deal.
