Saudi Arabia stocks lower at close of trade; Tadawul All Share down 1.48%

Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the Real Estate Development, Telecoms & IT and Industrial Investment sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 1.48%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Indian Company Insurance , which rose 9.21% or 1.10 points to trade at 13.05 at the close. Meanwhile, BURUJ COOPERATIVE INSURANCE CO  added 7.20% or 1.30 points to end at 19.35 and Al-Ahlia Insurance Company  was up 6.87% or 0.45 points to 7.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Anb Insurance, which fell 9.89% or 3.60 points to trade at 32.80 at the close. Middle East Paper Co declined 8.90% or 1.95 points to end at 19.95 and Jabal Omar Development Company  was down 8.79% or 5.25 points to 54.50.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 126 to 29 and 12 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for May delivery was down 0.50% or 0.20 to $39.59 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in June unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to hit $41.03 a barrel, while the June Gold contract unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to trade at $1223.50 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was down 0.13% to 4.1870, while USD/SAR rose 0.01% to 3.7502.

The US Dollar Index was up 0.11% at 96.17.
