Argentine real estate company TGLT SA files for a $50 million US IPO

TGLT SA, the largest residential real estate developer in Argentina, filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $50 million in an initial public offering.

The Buenos Aires, Argentina-based company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol TGLT. TGLT SA filed confidentially on April 27, 2016. J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Santander and UBS Investment Bank are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
