Radiation therapy raises $11 million: Sensus Healthcare prices upsized IPO below the range at $5.50



Sensus Healthcare, which sells low-energy x-ray systems for treating non-melanoma skin cancer and keloids, raised $11 million by offering 2 million units at $5.50.

Sensus originally planned to raise $20 million in March at a market cap of $97 million, but postponed the deal. It came back in May with a new underwriter and stapled warrants at a proposed price of $6.25 ($80 million market cap). Sensus Healthcare plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol SRTSU. Northland Securities and Neidiger, Tucker, Bruner acted as lead managers on the deal.
