Micro-cap antenna maker Airgain files for  IPO

Airgain, which supplies embedded antennas for Wi-Fi routers and other electronic devices, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $17 million in an initial public offering.


The San Diego, CA-based company was founded in 1995 and booked $31 million in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, 2016. Northland Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
