Getting the royal treatment: Kimbell Royalty Partners files for a $100 million IPO




Kimbell Royalty Partners, which owns 3.7 million acres of oil and gas mineral interests across the US, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering.

The Fort Worth, TX-based company was founded in 2015 and booked $4 million in sales for the 12 months ended September 30, 2016. It plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol KRP. Raymond James, RBC Capital Markets and Stifel are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
