Nurani Dyeing & Sweater Ltd (IPO) result will be published on May 2017. BSEC on Thursday approved Tk 43 crore initial public offering proposal of Nurani Dyeing and Sweater Limited. According to the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission, Nurani Dyeing will issue 4.30 crore shares of the entity at an issue price of Tk 10, a BSEC press release said. Nurani Dyeing Ltd Limited has been published opening Public Offering Share (IPO), Subscription opening date from 2nd April 2017 to 10th April 2017 and Subscription closing date for NRB 10th April 2017.

The entity Nurani Dyeing will use the IPO fund for business growth including machinery and equipment purchasing, steel construction and civil construction, and for repayment of bank loans, it said.
