price of TK. 10 each to raise TK. 34 crore public, using fixed price method. Last
financial year 31 December 2011 Company show the EPS TK. 0.92 and Net Asset
Value is TK. 11.82.The Banco Finance and Investment Limited will act as the
issue manager of the company.
